1st Quarter:
3 - 0 Ravens lead
Ravens K Matt Stover kicked a 29 yd FG on their 1st possession of the game. It was the 1st opening drive score allowed by the Broncos this season. Key play: KR B.J. Sams returned the Broncos opening kickoff 87 yds to set Baltimore up at the Denver 10 yd line.
3 - 3 Tie Game
Broncos K Jason Elam answered with a 47 yd FG on Denver's next possession. Key plays: WR Ashley Lelie 24 yd reception, WR Rod Smith 18 yd reception.

2nd Quarter:
After punting back and forth for the next 3 possessions each, Broncos S Nick Ferguson intercepted Ravens QB Kyle Boller's pass intended for TE Todd Heap in the end zone for a touchback with less than a minute remaining in the half.

Denver capitalized on the turnover again when Broncos FB Kyle Johnson scored his 6th TD of the season with a 7 yd reception from QB Jake Plummer. K Jason Elam missed the extra point when it bounced off the right upright. It was only the 3rd missed XP of his 13 year career. Key Play: WR Ashley Lelie 18 yd reception to the Baltimore 11 yd line.
Broncos CB Champ Bailey caught his 8th INT of the season when he picked off QB Kyle Bollers pass intended for TE Todd Heap at the 6 yd line and returned it 10 yds. It was his 5th game in a row with an INT. Denver was unable to capitalize on the turnover and was forced to punt. P Todd Sauerbrun's punt was tipped but rolled forward to the Ravens 49 yd line. The Ravens offense pushed their way to the 1 yd line but the Broncos defense stopped them on 4th and 1 at the 1 yd line to prevent the score.

4th Quarter:
Ravens LB Terrell Suggs recovered a fumble by Denver RB Ron Dayne at the Baltimore 45 yd line. The Broncos challenged the play but it was upheld.
On the very next play, Broncos DL Demetrin Veal sacked QB Kyle Boller, forced and recovered a fumble to give the Broncos their 4th takeaway of the game. Denver went 3 and out, unable to score on the turnover.
12 - 10 Broncos Win
Ravens WR Mark Clayton scored on Baltimore's next drive with a 39 yd TD reception. The play was originally a 37 yd reception to the 2 yd line but reversed after a Denver challenge from the booth. The Broncos got the ball back at the 19 yd line and WR Ashley Lelie gained 8 yds on a reverse play on 2nd and 8 to give the Denver a crucial 1st down and enough time to run out the clock to preserve their lead for the win.
